Job Summary
Oversee and manage projects from the post-sales phase to completion by coordinating resources, allocating budgets, and measuring performance and deliverables. Lead cross-functional teams and develop talent while ensuring projects stay on schedule and within financial constraints.
Responsibilities
- Monitor project progress including milestones, timelines, and potential issues or delays throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage all project-related documentation, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely completion of necessary paperwork
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee operations, ensure safety compliance, and address project-specific challenges with on-site teams
- Collaborate with Engineers, Contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to ensure completion within financial constraints and work with the Finance Department on expense management
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Lead and coach the team, develop capabilities, conduct performance reviews, and oversee development plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- At least 7 years of relevant experience
