Job Summary
The D&T Associate Manager – Planner supports portfolio-level planning, demand visibility, and delivery tracking across multiple initiatives. This role coordinates governance activities, maintains data consistency across trackers, and provides leadership reporting on project and resource status.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain portfolio-level plans including timelines, milestones, and resource views in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders
- Consolidate and maintain a central view of demand covering new, change, and ongoing initiatives with current priorities and constraints
- Maintain go-live trackers for projects and BAU initiatives, validating delivery timelines, readiness status, and milestones
- Coordinate inputs for Delivery Review Board (DRB) and governance forums, ensuring delivery status, risks, and updates are captured and aligned
- Track key dependencies across projects and portfolios, identifying potential impacts to timelines and facilitating early visibility of risks
- Support consolidation of financial data including CAPEX and PR tracking, aligning financials with delivery plans
- Consolidate inputs for leadership reporting including CDTO updates, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
- Support capacity planning activities by aligning demand with available resources and providing insights on resource constraints and allocation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technology planning, project management, PMO, or service delivery
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial, senior planning, or portfolio coordination role
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple initiatives, priorities, stakeholders, and dependencies across global or regional teams
- Experience preparing leadership reports, executive presentations, dashboards, governance packs, and portfolio updates
- Experience in financial planning, budget tracking, purchase requests, contracts, vendor coordination, and resource forecasting
- Experience working with project management and service-management platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, Microsoft Planner, Power BI, or similar tools
- Project management or service management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile, or equivalent is preferred
