Position Responsibilities

  • Own the technical execution of product features from backlog to release.
  • Break down high-level requirements into detailed user stories and specifications.
  • Coordinate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery cycles with development
  • Validate technical feasibility and system design in close collaboration with development teams.
  • Ensure alignment with architectural standards, modular design principles, and security best practices.
  • Oversee QA test planning, automation strategy, and regression testing validation.
  • Manage release readiness, version tracking, packaging, and internal approval processes.
  • Collaborate with Development and IT teams on staging environments and deployment coordination.
  • Act as the escalation point for technical issues, hotfix prioritization, and root cause analysis (RCA).
  • Maintain release documentation, known issues log, and developer notes.
  • Coordinate with the Business Solutions Manager (BSM) to conduct impact analysis for bugs and change requests.

Required Competencies

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of proven experience in software delivery, technical product ownership, or engineering leadership roles.
  • Solid understanding of the full product lifecycle, Agile delivery methodologies, and both SaaS and on-premise architectures.
  • Previous experience with customer experience solutions such as contact centers, workforce optimization (WFO), or speech analytics is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent skills in analysis, cross-functional coordination, and technical documentation.
