Customer Platform Architect (Middle East)

Job Summary

The Customer Platform Architect supports customers in deploying and maintaining their on-premise infrastructure hosting Filigran products. The role involves conducting health checks, resolving infrastructure issues, and providing advisory support during pre-sales regarding on-premise infrastructure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through platform deployment by assisting in design, implementation, and configuration based on their specific needs
• Diagnose, resolve, and anticipate technical issues related to customer infrastructure
• Perform on-demand platform health checks to assess performance and resilience, recommending improvements
• Write and maintain architecture-related documentation for clarity across all stakeholders
• Collaborate with Product teams to integrate architectural needs into products
• Work with Solution Engineers to support pre-sales efforts in resolving platform issues and addressing design requests
• Report to the global manager of the CPA function while being part of the KSA team
• Work closely with Customer Success Managers and Engineering teams

Requirements

• Strong expertise in on-premise infrastructure including servers, networking, virtualization, and storage
• Exposure to cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Practical experience with containerization runtimes and orchestration platforms including docker, podman, and kubernetes
• Solid understanding of kubernetes architecture and helm-based application deployments
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose complex infrastructure issues
• Background in customer-facing technical roles
• Fluent in English
• Fluent in Arabic
• Comfortable working in a remote, async-first environment with strong autonomy and ownership
• Communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to various audiences including customers and internal teams
