Customer Delivery Advisor

Job Summary

A senior management consultant role at Cisco Advisory in Riyadh supporting customers as a technology strategist. The position involves delivering advisory services from digitization strategy development to operating model design, helping clients align business and technology agendas and identify innovation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior customers to identify market trends and discover technology opportunities that create business value
• Develop or validate technology strategies, business cases, and define transformation programmes
• Build or enhance operating models for effective technology governance and business-technology alignment
• Lead initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the technology organisation through processes, tools, people, orchestration and automation
• Develop technology reference architectures and service portfolios
• Conduct technology benchmarking and develop cost optimisation strategies including service and application rationalisation
• Develop and promote innovative perspectives on how digital technologies will transform business operations
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Cisco through advisory services

Must haves

• Master’s degree with distinguished academic record, or bachelor’s degree with 10+ years relevant professional experience
• Minimum 5+ years in management consultancy plus minimum 5+ years in a senior role at a technology-driven service delivery organisation
• Demonstrated experience across Enterprise, Government, and Service Provider sectors
• Subject matter expertise in Smart Buildings, Smart Cities, or Digital Government initiatives
• Advanced proficiency in agile delivery methodologies, IT Service Management (ITSM), IOT, and AI
• Fluent Arabic language skills
