Job Summary
A SAP Testing Consultant responsible for executing comprehensive testing activities across SAP implementations. The role involves developing and maintaining test cases, executing tests, reporting defects, and ensuring testing metrics are achieved throughout the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Review software requirements and support lead in estimation and planning of testing activities
- Prepare test cases, test data, and test suites aligned with requirements
- Execute test cases and validate test data
- Map test cases with requirements and generate RTM and test results using tools such as HP ALM/Quality Center
- Report defects and prepare test status reports
- Achieve organization testing metrics including productivity and defect removal efficiency
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in one or more SAP modules
- At least one full life-cycle implementation project from Blueprint/Explore through Go-Live
- Understanding of SAP Activate Methodology
- Ability to use Service Marketplace to create tickets, research notes and review release notes
- Technical background and understanding of SAP Application Systems
- Knowledge of Testing Methodology and stages of SDLC, STLC, and Bug Life Cycle
- Experience developing, updating and maintaining Test Suites, Test Cases, and Test Data
- Proficiency with tools such as HP ALM/Quality Center
- Understanding of Testing Metrics
- Arabic language skills mandatory
