Job Summary

Support technology governance, monitoring, and continuous improvement across the organization by developing KPI frameworks, integrating enterprise data, designing executive dashboards, conducting benchmarking studies, and implementing automation and AI-enabled analytics to enhance operational efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance the Technology KPI Framework in alignment with organizational objectives, including KPI definitions, measurement methodologies, targets, and governance standards.
• Monitor technology performance metrics, identify trends and risks, conduct root cause analysis for deviations, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Design, develop, and maintain executive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or related reporting tools with interactive visualizations for strategic and operational decision-making.
• Integrate data from enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and data warehouse platforms while validating accuracy, consistency, and completeness across reporting environments.
• Conduct benchmarking studies against industry standards and technology performance best practices, analyze results, and support implementation of improvement recommendations.
• Ensure KPI governance processes and reporting quality are effectively implemented, monitor data integrity, and establish controls to improve accuracy and reliability.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance technology efficiency, identify process optimization opportunities, and track realization of expected benefits.
• Design and implement automation workflows using Power Automate, n8n, UiPath, or equivalent tools, and support adoption of AI-enabled analytics and predictive reporting capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in Technology Performance Management, KPI Management, Reporting & Analytics, Data Intelligence, Dashboard Development, IT Governance, or related disciplines.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL® 4 Foundation, Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300), Tableau Certified Data Analyst, or Certified KPI Professional are preferred.
• Certifications in Automation Platforms (Power Automate, n8n, UiPath), COBIT Foundation, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Benchmarking, or Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900) are desirable.
• Compliance with all relevant information security practices and standards to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
• Adherence to departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, safety, quality, and environmental management controls.
