Construction Projects – General Opening (Multiple Positions)

Job Summary

Horizons Contracting Company is hiring across multiple construction disciplines for large-scale building, infrastructure, and data center projects in Riyadh and Saudi Arabia. Positions span construction management, QA/QC, HSE, procurement, finance, design, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver construction projects within approved scope, budget, and schedule.
• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate project execution.
• Identify and resolve project challenges, risks, and bottlenecks to maintain progress.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and applicable international standards.
• Adhere to HSE policies, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
• Maintain clear communication with project teams, management, clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepare and submit reports, documentation, and deliverables as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Finance, Business Administration, or related field as applicable to the role.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory for all positions.
• Relevant years of experience in building construction, infrastructure, or related projects, varying by position and seniority level.
• Active membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is required for all engineering positions.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools including AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, MS Project, Oracle ERP, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
• Professional certifications relevant to the discipline are preferred (PMP, CIPS, NEBOSH, CQI, SHRM, CMA, etc.).
• Experience with large-scale commercial, residential, mixed-use, or data center construction projects is preferred.
• Strong technical expertise in the relevant discipline, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Safety-conscious mindset, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and commitment to quality.
