Job Summary
The Clinical Application Specialist supports Radiometer’s diagnostic solutions throughout the customer journey, including pre-sales, installation, training, troubleshooting, and post-implementation follow-up to ensure successful adoption and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist sales teams with customer meetings, product demonstrations, and trials.
- Present clinical and technical benefits of Radiometer solutions to customers.
- Deliver training on product use, maintenance, and clinical interpretation.
- Support installation verification, validation, and quality control processes.
- Troubleshoot application and workflow issues, coordinating with service and IT teams.
- Conduct post-go-live follow-ups to review performance and identify support needs.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to support customer retention and growth.
- Lead or assist regional product application and marketing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in clinical laboratory science, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in clinical application, diagnostics, laboratory, POCT, or IVD roles.
- Experience in sales support or product application support.
- Strong knowledge of Diagnostics, Laboratory, or Point-of-Care Testing.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Understanding of laboratory workflows, validation, quality control, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to support customers from pre-sales through post-go-live stages.
- Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
- Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage key decision makers.
- Commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.
