Deloitte is hiring a Client Account Manager (CAM) supports the leadership team of key accounts which includes the Lead Client Service Partner (LCSP) as well as Lead Business Partners (LBPs). The CAM plays a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the pipeline of projects and initiatives related to the key Government and Public Services accounts within the Middle East. This Internal Client Services (ICS) position requires passion and adequate understanding of the industry, analytical reasoning, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting Account Planning

  • Coordinate annual account planning, quarterly forecasting, and monthly performance updates.
  • Support the development of market analysis reports to build business intelligence.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of opportunity status and related analysis on trackers.
  • Ensure account plans are aligned with LCSPs and business lines.
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports and submissions required by regulators or internal governance bodies.

Account Meetings

  • Organize and facilitate regular account meetings, QBRs, Labs, and ad hoc sessions.
  • Coordinate agenda preparation, consolidate inputs, and circulate pre-reads.
  • Document action points and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure closure.
  • Support LCSPs and engagement teams in aligning on key pursuits and client issues.

Communication & Eminence

  • Draft and circulate newsletters and other regular communications for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with BME teams for LinkedIn and other external communications.
  • Identify opportunities to bring Deloitte offerings together through internal knowledge sharing.

Financial Reporting

  • Manage pipeline and revenue reporting, ensuring data accuracy across systems (Power BI, Jupiter).
  • Facilitate weekly pipeline updates, update opportunity status, and follow up with opportunity owners to ensure the stages are recorded accurately.
  • Support LCSPs and engagement partners in tracking performance against account targets.

Account Repositories

  • Maintain and organize key account documentation, ensuring all relevant files (RFPs, proposals, deliverables, presentations) are stored in the agreed repository structure and easily accessible to teams.
  • Manage client-specific proposal templates, ensuring standardized formats are created, maintained, and shared with teams for consistency and quality control.
  • Track and update repositories with the latest proposals and supporting documents, ensuring version control and alignment with account standards.
  • Provide support to teams in locating and leveraging past submissions to build efficiencies in future RFP responses.

RFP Management

  • Check and manage RFP portals, ensuring timely upload of submissions and subsequent client communications.
  • Triage and distribute RFPs based on LCSP allocations and business priorities.
  • Develop and Account specific mailbox to distribute the RFPs and maintain a central mailbox for all RFP related exchanges
  • Coordinate with engagement teams to ensure timely and compliant proposal submissions.
  • Track RFP status and follow up to ensure submissions are properly recorded.

Invoicing

  • Maintain and update the centralized invoicing tracker, ensuring full visibility of all invoices raised for the account — including amounts, dates, responsible engagement teams, and expected payment timelines.
  • Track the status of invoices (issued, submitted, paid, overdue) through regular coordination with engagement teams.
  • Follow up with project teams to ensure invoices are raised on time and any delays are flagged early.
  • Provide regular updates to LCSPs and account leadership on the invoicing and collection status to support account planning and forecasting.
  • Note: It is not the CAM’s responsibility to liaise directly with finance or clients to settle payments — this remains the responsibility of the project teams. The CAM’s role is to ensure visibility, tracking, and escalation when required.

Ad Hoc Activities

  • Provide operational support for special account-related initiatives and one-off tasks.
  • Support cross-account activities or strategic projects as required.

Value-Add

  • Proactively connect the dots across accounts, identifying opportunities for cross-pollination
  • Identify synergies and best practices that can be replicated across accounts.
  • Act as a knowledge hub for account teams, helping them navigate tools, templates, and processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or any other related business studies
  • English language fluency required; Arabic is a plus
  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Professional Services and Government and Public Services Industries are a plus
  • Able to work effectively with stakeholders in a matrix and multi-cultural organization
  • Possess strong project management and analytical reporting skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to analyze large number of quantitative and qualitative data and synthesize findings
  • Confident communicator who can interact with senior leadership
  • Proficiency (advanced) with Excel and PowerPoint
