Change Management Consultant

Job Summary

The Change Management Consultant role based in Amman, Jordan, involves planning and implementing change initiatives to support clients’ branding and business transformation projects. The consultant works closely with internal teams and client leadership to ensure alignment and successful adoption of change.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational readiness for change initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses to inform change strategies.
• Design change management strategies, communication plans, and training approaches.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client leadership to align change activities with project goals.
• Monitor adoption and impact of change initiatives and adjust plans accordingly.
• Facilitate workshops related to change management.
• Prepare presentations and reports on change progress and outcomes.
• Provide ongoing advisory support to ensure sustainable change and measurable results.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and assess organizational impact.
• Experience in business transformation and change initiatives focusing on strategy, processes, and people alignment.
• Background in management consulting or consulting roles, preferably in branding, marketing, or professional services.
• Excellent communication skills including stakeholder engagement, presentations, and written documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Organizational Development, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications like PROSCI or ACMP are advantageous.
• Experience developing and implementing change management plans, communication strategies, and training programs.
• Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and client-focused mindset with ability to work on-site in Jordan and KSA.
