Certified Databricks Instructor

Job Summary

The Certified Databricks Instructor will deliver technical training and enable professionals to develop practical skills on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. This role involves translating complex technical concepts into clear, hands-on learning experiences for enterprise clients and technical professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and enablement programs on Databricks technologies
• Provide both theoretical knowledge and practical hands-on learning
• Lead participants through labs, exercises, demonstrations, and real-world use cases
• Explain complex concepts related to data engineering, analytics, AI, and lakehouse clearly
• Prepare and update training materials, environments, and documentation
• Adjust training delivery according to participants’ technical backgrounds and needs
• Assess participant progress and offer constructive technical feedback
• Keep up to date with Databricks platform updates, certifications, and best practices

Must haves

• Active relevant Databricks certification(s)
• Strong practical experience with the Databricks platform
• Experience delivering technical training or workshops
• Good understanding of data engineering, analytics, lakehouse, or related data concepts
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
• Ability to explain complex technical topics to diverse audiences
• Strong English communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, IT, or related field

Nice to haves

• Databricks instructor accreditation or prior experience delivering official Databricks training
• Multiple Databricks certifications
• Experience with Apache Spark, PySpark, SQL, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Experience training enterprise clients
• Arabic language skills
• Experience in consulting, professional services, or technology training environments
