Job Summary

Support pursuit teams by providing industry insights, market intelligence, and reusable assets to shape competitive proposals and drive business growth. Coordinate proposal development, manage knowledge repositories, and ensure quality delivery of client-aligned approaches.

Responsibilities

• Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to generate actionable intelligence for pursuit strategies
• Gather and enrich client account information to identify opportunities and shape winning pursuit approaches
• Develop detailed project approaches aligned with RFP scope and client context
• Coordinate and manage proposal development processes, ensuring adherence to timelines and established procedures
• Review proposals for grammatical accuracy, formatting, visual appeal, and overall quality assurance
• Maintain and update repositories of credentials, methodologies, tools, and reusable proposal materials with searchable tagging
• Collect, organize, and archive pursuit and market research data to build a structured knowledge base
• Support ad-hoc requests from pursuit teams and provide feedback to enhance win probability

Must haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields from a reputed university
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience
• Excellent written communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Based in Cairo (Egypt) or Amman (Jordan) with flexible remote work options
• Strong research, synthesis, and critical thinking capabilities
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines

Nice to haves

• Master’s degree in a relevant business discipline
• PMP certification or equivalent
• Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI and Excel dashboards
• Experience with Office 365 tools (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint), document automation, and AI-based search tools
