Business Support Hub – Risk Consulting – Egypt / Jordan / Lebanon

Job Summary

This role supports pursuit teams by providing industry insights, intelligence, and reusable assets to develop client-focused proposals that enhance business growth in Risk Consulting.

Responsibilities

• Understand pursuit goals, prioritize support requests, and align with teams on outcomes and deadlines.
• Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to inform pursuit strategies.
• Gather and enhance client account information to identify opportunities and shape pursuit approaches.
• Develop compelling perspectives addressing client challenges and potential solutions.
• Highlight EY’s competitive advantages through methodologies, case studies, and expert identification.
• Create detailed project approaches aligned with RFP scopes, ensuring clear and tailored messaging.
• Coordinate proposal development processes, manage timelines, reviews, and approvals.
• Maintain knowledge repositories, collect market insights, and enforce guidelines for reusable assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields from a reputed university.
• Experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Internal Audit, Risk Management, Cyber Risk, or related areas.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in a relevant business discipline.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a strong advantage.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Based in Cairo (Egypt) or Amman (Jordan) with flexible remote work options.
• No travel required.
• Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI and Excel dashboards.
