Business Intelligence Engineer

Job Summary

Müller’s Solutions seeks a Business Intelligence Engineer to design and implement BI solutions using Qlik and Qlik Sense. You will work with cross-functional teams to transform data into strategic insights and create dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Qlik and Qlik Sense dashboards and reports aligned with user requirements
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to inform BI solution development
• Extract, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to generate meaningful insights
• Build and implement data models that enable efficient querying and reporting
• Optimize performance of dashboards and reports for usability and accessibility
• Monitor advancements in BI technologies and Qlik tools to maintain current best practices
• Train and support users in using BI tools and developing data literacy
• Coordinate with IT to maintain data integrity, security, and governance standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Engineer with Qlik and Qlik Sense
• Strong proficiency in data visualization and reporting using Qlik tools
• Experience with SQL and extracting data from relational databases
• Proficiency in data modeling and ETL processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to convert complex data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of data governance principles and best practices
• Familiarity with other BI tools and technologies is a plus
