About the role
We are hiring a highly responsive, detail oriented and sales minded Bridal Sales and Booking Specialist for a US based bridal beauty business.
This is not a traditional part time job with fixed working hours. Most of the role is mobile based, with client inquiries coming in throughout the day through messaging apps, social media, email and occasional calls.
You will need to be available between 2:00 PM and 2:00 AM, but the actual work is approximately 4 to 5 hours spread throughout that window. You can go about your day normally, as long as you stay attentive to your phone and can respond to clients within one hour at most, ideally much faster.
Around 85% of the role is text based, so being quick is important, but so are accuracy, judgment and attention to detail. You need to understand the conversation, know what to say and what not to say, and communicate in a way that builds trust and moves the client forward.
What you will do
- Respond quickly and professionally to bridal inquiries across messaging apps, social media, email, CRM and occasional calls
- Manage multiple conversations and follow ups without mixing up details or letting opportunities fall through the cracks
- Understand each bride’s needs, preferences, timeline and budget
- Explain services, packages, pricing, policies, availability and upgrades clearly and confidently
- Build trust, handle questions and hesitation, follow up effectively, and guide clients toward booking
- Prioritise time sensitive inquiries and stay especially responsive during peak wedding seasons
- Prepare proposals, contracts and invoices, secure deposits, and keep client and booking information accurately updated
What we are looking for
- Fluent spoken and written English, as you will communicate directly with US based clients
- Extremely responsive. You naturally stay on top of messages and do not need to be reminded to follow up
- Highly detail oriented and focused. You notice the small details and do not mix up names, dates, pricing, packages or conversations
- Strong ownership and independence. You take responsibility, follow things through, and do not wait for someone to tell you every next step
- Strong judgment. You think before you respond, understand context, and know what information to communicate, how to communicate it, and when something should be escalated
- Excellent written communication. Warm, natural, accurate and persuasive, particularly over text
- A strong sales mindset. You know how to build trust, understand hesitation, persuade without being pushy, follow up, and move a conversation toward a decision
- Strong understanding of the bridal customer mindset. You understand that choosing wedding services can be personal and emotional, and you know how to communicate with brides with empathy, confidence and good judgment
- Comfortable with a flexible, mobile based working style and the 2:00 PM to 2:00 AM availability window
- Genuine interest in weddings, bridal beauty, hair and makeup, and the overall bridal experience
- Previous experience in sales, booking, hospitality, beauty, weddings or customer facing roles is a plus
- Experience with HoneyBook or similar tools is a plus, but not required
Compensation and training
Base salary: 700 USD per month.
For the first 3 to 4 months, you will not handle sales independently. You will focus on training, shadowing and understanding the business in depth before transitioning into independently managing sales.
During this period, compensation will be the 700 USD base salary. Once you transition into sales, commission will be added on top of the base salary.
