Brand and Community Lead

Job Summary

Lead Sarj AI’s brand and community presence by growing relationships with clients, partners, and the wider AI ecosystem. Own events, exhibitions, meetups, media, PR, and community collaborations that strengthen the company’s visibility and reputation.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow the Sarj AI community, establishing meaningful relationships with clients, partners, creators, and the AI ecosystem.
• Lead the company’s presence at exhibitions, events, meetups, and community initiatives.
• Develop and manage community collaborations, partnerships, and engagement opportunities.
• Ensure consistent brand experience across all client, partner, and community touchpoints.
• Identify and manage opportunities for media appearances, interviews, PR, and press coverage.
• Represent Sarj AI at industry events and community gatherings as a brand ambassador.
• Develop and track initiatives that increase Sarj AI’s visibility, reputation, and position within the AI community.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
• Experience in community building, brand, events, PR, partnerships, or similar roles.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage diverse clients, partners, and communities.
• Strong understanding of AI, technology, and emerging industry trends.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills to manage multiple initiatives and events.
• Creative, proactive, and confident in representing a company publicly with strong ownership and collaboration mindset.
