Job Summary
NeroTech Control Systems seeks a BMS Estimation Engineer to review project specifications and tender documents, then develop accurate cost estimates and technical proposals for Building Management Systems installations.
Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, and project requirements
- Develop accurate BMS BOQs and cost estimates
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals
- Select suitable BMS controllers, field devices, sensors, valves, actuators, and system components
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain technical information and pricing
- Coordinate with Sales, Design, and Project teams to ensure accurate and optimized proposals
- Support the team during tender clarifications and technical and commercial negotiations
Must haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related engineering field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BMS estimation and tendering
- Good understanding of BMS architecture, HVAC control systems, and field devices
- Experience preparing BOQs, material take-offs, technical and commercial quotations
- Ability to study project specifications, drawings, and tender documents
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
Nice to haves
- Experience with BMS brands and products
- Good communication and coordination skills
