Associate Director – Digital Infrastructure & DevOps Engineering

Job Summary

Lead the execution, implementation, and operational stability of Digital infrastructure and DevOps foundations across Qiddiya Digital assets. Translate enterprise cloud guidelines into practical execution while ensuring infrastructure is secure, scalable, automated, and cost-efficient across multiple System Integrators and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and operationalization of Digital infrastructure and platform services across all Digital assets and environments
• Translate enterprise cloud guidelines, architecture principles, cybersecurity requirements, and governance expectations into executable Digital infrastructure plans
• Drive automation of infrastructure provisioning, environment setup, configuration management, and operational tasks
• Own reliability, resilience, stability, and operational health of Digital infrastructure and platform services
• Establish operational readiness criteria before go-live, including monitoring, alerting, escalation paths, runbooks, and recovery procedures
• Lead operational management of Digital infrastructure services and define enforcement of operational practices across vendors and System Integrators
• Own Digital infrastructure cost visibility, optimization, and accountability through FinOps practices
• Ensure Digital infrastructure execution aligns with Qiddiya enterprise cloud strategy, standards, and governance requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
• 10+ years of experience with cloud engineering, Azure preferred
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, and cloud security fundamentals
• Ability to collaborate with DevSecOps and cyber stakeholders
