Assistant Manager – Engineering Solutions – BIM

Job Summary

Develop and implement solution architecture for development business systems including Design, Engineering, BIM, GIS, and Digital Twin platforms. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and ensure reliable system integration and operational consistency.

Responsibilities

• Design solution architecture, technical specifications, and integration models aligned with enterprise standards
• Convert business and functional requirements into scalable and implementable technical solutions
• Execute implementation activities including configuration, deployment, testing, migration, and go-live support
• Manage systems integration and ensure data flow reliability across platforms
• Create and maintain technical documentation, interface specifications, and solution artifacts
• Validate solutions against architecture, governance, and compliance standards
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to address technical and integration challenges
• Monitor system performance, support enhancements, and identify improvement opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, systems implementation, and systems integration
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Experience with Design, Engineering, BIM, GIS, Digital Twin, or related development business systems preferred
• Background in large-scale organizations, smart cities, giga-projects, real estate, engineering, or entertainment industries preferred
• Previous experience with consulting firms or enterprise technology delivery environments advantageous
• Relevant certifications in enterprise applications, BIM, GIS, Digital Twin, cloud platforms, or solution architecture preferred
