Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Job Summary

The Artificial Intelligence Engineer at Talent Bridge will develop and implement AI technologies for the GoldenTik project, focusing on scalable, production-grade AI systems across multiple domains including Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, and intelligent automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
• Develop applications powered by Large Language Models using commercial and open-source technologies.
• Create Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems with embeddings, vector databases, and semantic retrieval.
• Build AI Agents and intelligent workflows interacting with APIs, databases, and internal services.
• Develop NLP solutions for tasks like classification, summarization, translation, and conversational AI.
• Implement semantic, hybrid, and personalized search and recommendation systems.
• Develop Computer Vision and OCR systems for image understanding, text extraction, and document analysis.
• Build Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, and Voice AI solutions including real-time conversational AI systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong Python programming and software engineering skills.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar ML frameworks.
• Knowledge of neural networks, transformers, embeddings, and modern AI architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models and Generative AI technologies.
• Familiarity with models or APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Qwen, Mistral, or DeepSeek.
• Experience with prompt engineering, function/tool calling, context management, and LLM evaluation.
• Experience building RAG systems and working with embeddings and vector databases like Qdrant, Pinecone, or Elasticsearch.
• Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, OCR technologies (e.g., Tesseract, PaddleOCR), and document AI.
• Experience with Speech-to-Text (e.g., Whisper), Text-to-Speech, Voice AI, and multimodal AI.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, REST APIs, microservices, Docker, Linux, cloud environments, and GPU workloads.
• Understanding of MLOps, model deployment, versioning, experiment tracking, and monitoring.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to produce reliable, scalable, maintainable production-quality code.

Nice to haves

• Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, fintech, search, advertising, or recommendation platforms.
• Experience with Arabic NLP, Arabic OCR, multilingual LLMs, or Arabic speech recognition.
• Experience building AI Agents and tool-using LLM applications.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers, or vLLM.
• Experience with model fine-tuning techniques like LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT, quantization, or inference optimization.
• Experience deploying AI services with FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes, or similar infrastructure.
• Knowledge of AI safety, moderation, guardrails, hallucination reduction, privacy, and secure AI development.
• Experience delivering production-grade AI systems.
