Application Support Engineer

Job Summary

The Application Support Engineer role involves providing technical support for applications, databases, and integrations, with a focus on .NET and Angular technologies. The position is based in Amman, Jordan, and requires working on-site in a 24/7 rotating shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Support database and integration components related to applications.
• Handle both voice and non-voice support channels professionally.
• Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards.
• Work within a 24/7 rotating shift schedule.

Requirements

• High fluency in English (B2 level or above).
• Immediate availability to start work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in application support.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET and Angular technologies.
• Experience supporting applications, databases, and integrations.
• Excellent communication, writing, and typing skills.
• Customer service orientation with professional telephone etiquette.
• Experience managing voice and non-voice support channels.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotating shift environment.
