Analytics & MIS Expert – Banking Domain

Job Summary

The Analytics & MIS Expert will manage performance reporting and insights for Cards and Digital businesses, consolidating data from various systems to provide a unified view of business performance that aids management decisions.

Responsibilities

• Create and update regular MIS and performance reports for Cards and Digital sectors, including metrics such as applications, approvals, issuance, activation, spend, balances, and attrition.
• Examine customer journeys and conversion funnels to detect drop-offs, performance challenges, and areas for improvement.
• Define and maintain clear KPIs, reporting logic, and dashboards to ensure uniform reporting across teams.
• Assist in campaign analysis by evaluating customer response, activation, spend increases, control-group results, and other metrics.
• Integrate and reconcile data from Cards, Digital, CRM, Risk, Finance, and Operations to deliver a consistent performance overview.
• Develop management dashboards, monthly and quarterly reports, and conduct ad-hoc analyses using Excel, SQL, Python, and BI tools to support business reviews and decision-making.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in MIS, business analytics, or performance reporting within banking or financial services.
• In-depth knowledge of cards and digital banking metrics including applications, approvals, activation, spend, and attrition.
• Advanced skills in Excel and SQL; working knowledge of Python.
• Practical experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Experience in defining KPIs and reconciling data across multiple source systems.
• Experience in campaign measurement including control-group analysis.
• Preferred experience in Saudi banking or the GCC market.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.
