Job Summary
Support the operation, availability, and performance of production applications and managed solutions by monitoring application health, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting deployments and changes, and performing preventive maintenance activities to ensure reliable and efficient production services.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support for production applications and managed solutions
- Monitor application health, performance, and availability using approved monitoring tools
- Investigate and resolve application incidents and operational issues within assigned responsibilities
- Support application releases, deployments, updates, and changes across service environments
- Perform regular application health checks and assigned preventive maintenance activities
- Maintain accurate technical documentation for supported applications, configurations, deployments, and operational procedures
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, database, DevOps, and other technical teams to resolve application issues
- Comply with all relevant information security practices and standards to ensure data integrity and confidentiality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in application support, application operations, production support, software engineering, or related technical roles, including relevant internship or cooperative training experience
