Job Summary
Licensed Aircraft Engineers will perform maintenance, inspections, defect rectification, modifications, troubleshooting, and certification on Boeing 787 and Airbus 321 aircraft, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct maintenance and inspections on aircraft systems, structures, cabin interiors, avionics, engines, and components.
- Certify scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities according to licence category and expertise.
- Ensure all work complies with regulatory requirements, company procedures, and manufacturer documentation.
- Supervise and coach maintenance personnel in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Support line maintenance operations to minimize aircraft downtime.
- Promote a Just Culture and ensure reporting of incidents and occurrences through the Safety Management System.
- Maintain aircraft airworthiness and operational readiness with high safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Diploma, Certificate or equivalent qualification in Aircraft Maintenance or Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years aircraft maintenance experience including recent certifying experience within licence category.
- Valid GACA, EASA or other CAA Aircraft Maintenance License.
- Boeing 787 and/or Airbus A320 Level III Type training (practical and theoretical).
- Last five years of aircraft maintenance experience records (logbook) stamped and signed by MRO/Operator Quality Assurance.
- Recency letter from current and previous employers outlining scope and duration of work, stamped and signed by MRO Quality Assurance.
- Current and previous Certification Authorisations issued by Operators and/or MROs.
