Job Summary
BCG Platinion seeks an AI Tech Consultant to help leading organizations bridge strategy and technology. You will design and deliver AI strategies, solutions, and platform architectures while enabling clients to adopt agile methods and modern approaches in strategic IT implementation.
Responsibilities
- Enable clients to effectively implement agile methods and modern approaches within strategic IT implementation contexts
- Develop and deploy customized training on Agile concepts, values, cultures, behaviors and practices
- Provide hands-on coaching to clients as they solve day-to-day problems using Agile approaches
- Shape digital transformation initiatives for globally leading companies while balancing technical solutions with individual client needs
- Design tailored, future-oriented customer journeys based on analysis of specific situations and current market developments including machine learning
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT Consulting
- Experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master or Product Owner with agile client software development teams delivering Agile capability
- Proven track record orchestrating transition and coaching teams for large and complex Agile programs with ability to transfer understanding at all organizational levels
- Understanding of machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile, AI, and robotics
- Ability to tackle complex digital challenges and enthusiasm for developing and sharing solutions
- Comfort working in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts
- Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic skills
- Willingness to travel to client locations in the Middle East and beyond
- Formal qualifications in agile or industry certifications such as Scrum Alliance (CSM / CSPO / CSD / CSP), Scrum.org (PSM / PSPO / PSD), or SAFe (Scaled Agilist / SPC) highly desirable
