Job Summary

The AI & System Engineer for Compliance Technology designs, develops, and maintains technology and AI-enabled solutions that enhance compliance operations. The role translates regulatory and business requirements into scalable technical solutions supporting AML, KYC, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, risk, and governance, while contributing to responsible AI adoption through governance and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop technology solutions that automate and enhance compliance processes.
• Build AI-powered tools to improve compliance monitoring, investigations, and regulatory reporting.
• Develop and maintain integrations, APIs, and internal applications supporting compliance systems.
• Implement AI, workflow automation, and RegTech solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop dashboards and analytics that support compliance decision-making and regulatory reporting.
• Establish and maintain AI governance controls for compliance use cases, ensuring responsible and compliant use of AI technologies.
• Conduct AI risk assessments to identify and mitigate risks related to model accuracy, bias, data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and validate AI models and automated solutions to ensure accuracy, effectiveness, reliability, and appropriate human oversight.

Requirements

• Experience designing and developing technology solutions for compliance and regulatory processes.
• Proficiency in building AI-powered tools and implementing AI solutions.
• Experience developing and maintaining integrations, APIs, and internal applications.
• Knowledge of workflow automation and RegTech solutions.
• Experience with compliance monitoring, investigations, and regulatory reporting systems.
• Understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to conduct AI risk assessments and establish AI governance controls.
• Experience with data quality and governance across systems and AI solutions.
