AI Strategy Consultant

Job Summary

Systems Limited seeks an AI Strategy Consultant to guide clients on AI adoption through roadmap development, operating-model design, and use-case prioritization. The role transforms strategic ambition into executable, funded plans that drive organizational AI maturity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct AI maturity assessments using diagnostic frameworks to score capability, data, and technology readiness
• Develop multi-horizon AI roadmaps (12/24/36-month timelines) sequencing use cases by value, feasibility, and dependency
• Design AI operating models including CoE structures, hub-and-spoke or federated approaches, and funding mechanisms
• Facilitate structured use-case discovery workshops and prioritize portfolios using frameworks such as RICE and value-effort matrices
• Build AI value-realization frameworks with KPIs, baseline metrics, and post-deployment tracking methodology
• Manage AI portfolio investment allocation across the use-case pipeline with stage-gating discipline
• Lead C-suite and board-level workshops to align on AI ambition and risk appetite
• Develop and own AI adoption and change-management plans at portfolio level

Requirements

• 8–15+ years in strategy or management consulting, with 3+ years specifically in AI or digital transformation
• Working technical fluency in AI/ML architectures, model types, and data requirements
• Proficiency with portfolio prioritization and value-scoring frameworks including RICE and weighted-value matrices
• Experience designing AI operating models, governance charters, and funding or chargeback mechanisms
• Familiarity with AI maturity models and capability diagnostic frameworks
• Ability to review technical architecture documents and proof-of-concept results to validate assumptions
• Working knowledge of enterprise AI and agentic platforms including Microsoft Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, and Google Vertex AI; awareness of open-source ecosystem such as LangChain and Hugging Face is a good-to-have
• Executive-level communication and facilitation skills to lead C-suite workshops
• Strong narrative and storytelling ability to convert roadmaps into compelling, fundable business cases
• Political acumen to navigate competing stakeholder agendas and maintain momentum
