AI Solution Architect

Job Summary

The AI Solution Architect at NTT DATA will lead AI-driven growth and transformation initiatives within Financial Services and Retail sectors, collaborating with senior stakeholders to develop and scale AI solutions aligned with enterprise strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI go-to-market strategies for assigned mega accounts or regional portfolios.
• Establish and maintain relationships with C-suite and senior executives.
• Identify and shape AI transformation opportunities based on client priorities and industry trends.
• Create AI value propositions, business cases, and solution narratives addressing industry challenges.
• Collaborate with Client Partners, Sales, and Industry Leaders to initiate and close AI engagements.
• Lead RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses including strategy, proposal development, and executive presentations.
• Drive AI pipeline growth, revenue, and commercial success across accounts.
• Embed responsible AI principles such as security, governance, transparency, and human oversight into solutions.

Requirements

• Strong experience in go-to-market strategies for advanced technology or AI solutions.
• Deep knowledge of Generative AI, machine learning, and natural language processing with real-world applications.
• Ability to influence senior executives and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Proven commercial skills in identifying, shaping, and closing high-value AI or technology deals.
• Experience leading complex RFP, RFI, and proposal responses with cross-functional coordination.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, growth-oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 8–12 years of professional experience including client-facing and leadership roles.
• At least 5 years leading or co-leading AI, data, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on with Generative AI solutions like large language models or AI agents.
• At least 5 years’ experience in industry verticals such as Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Automotive, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Public Sector.
• Minimum 2 years supporting or leading presales activities including opportunity identification and proposal development.
• Experience leading or contributing to complex RFP, RFI, and proposal responses including solution architecture and stakeholder management.
