AI Project Manager / Scrum Master – Senior Associate

Job Summary

Coordinate and deliver AI and GenAI initiatives using Agile methodologies within PwC’s AI Centre of Excellence. Combine project management, sprint facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and delivery governance to ensure successful execution of AI products and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and delivery plans across business and technical teams
• Track sprint progress, project timelines, and team commitments against agreed deliverables
• Monitor dependencies, risks, assumptions, and issues; escalate delivery concerns appropriately
• Act as central coordination point between stakeholders and delivery teams, communicating project status and key decisions
• Support delivery of AI, GenAI, automation, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives
• Prepare weekly project status reports, dashboards, and maintain RAID registers
• Identify and remove delivery impediments and promote Agile best practices within teams

Requirements

• 3-8 years of experience in Project Management, Scrum Master, PMO, or Agile Delivery roles
• Experience delivering technology, AI, data, analytics, or software development projects
• Experience working in Agile environments and coordinating cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
• PMI-PMP Certification
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, and Microsoft 365 Suite
• Understanding of AI and Generative AI concepts, software development lifecycle, and cloud and data platform fundamentals
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic is preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
