Requirements
- Technical aptitude with understanding of APIs, dashboards, and automation
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, or Make
- Analytical mindset with ability to measure and optimize based on data
- Fluent English
- Bonus: experience in service operations or managed services
