AI Automation & Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

The AI Automation & Implementation Specialist will work across Marketing, Styling, and Healthcare Clinic teams to implement and optimize AI workflows that enhance efficiency and productivity by automating repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Audit workflows in Marketing, Styling, and Healthcare Clinic departments to deploy AI-driven solutions.
• Develop generative AI workflows for creating social media content, blog outlines, and email newsletters in Marketing.
• Integrate design and copy tools to streamline marketing campaign creation and formatting.
• Automate tasks such as competitive research, keyword sorting, and performance report summaries for Marketing.
• Implement AI image tools to assist the Styling team in generating mood boards, color palettes, and visual concepts.
• Set up automated systems for inventory tagging, style categorization, and product description generation in Styling.
• Automate data collection for tracking fashion and aesthetic trends.
• Deploy secure tools for medical transcription, appointment summaries, and patient follow-up drafting in the Healthcare Clinic.
• Streamline sorting and routing of non-diagnostic patient inquiries and FAQs.
• Build automation linking clinic booking software with reminder and confirmation sequences.
• Create and maintain optimized prompt libraries for AI usage.
• Connect existing software like CRM, Email, and Slack with AI subscriptions using Zapier or Make.
• Train team members on AI systems and prepare documentation for new workflows.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with major AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, or similar.
• Proficiency in workflow automation tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or software APIs.
• Ability to identify operational bottlenecks and design AI solutions independently.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical AI features to non-technical staff.
• Awareness of data privacy, especially regarding sensitive patient data in healthcare.
