Job Summary

ClearGrid is seeking a Data Annotator to join its Data Annotation team in Jordan. You will transcribe and label speech datasets with a focus on GCC accents, execute LLM annotation tasks, and collaborate with AI Research Engineers to ensure dataset quality and model performance.

Responsibilities

• Transcribe, audit, and label daily speech datasets specializing in GCC spoken accents, specifically Emirati and Saudi dialects
• Execute high-priority LLM labeling tasks, including prompt testing and response evaluation
• Conduct post-call conversation auditing and quality assurance checks on datasets
• Monitor ongoing dataset accuracy and log software and model edge cases
• Work directly with AI Research Engineers to refine annotation guidelines and improve model performance
• Test tool features and contribute to enhancing annotation workflows

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of experience in data annotation, AI operations, linguistic QA, or technical support
• Strong linguistic intuition with high familiarity and comprehension of GCC spoken accents (Emirati and Saudi dialects)
• Basic understanding of AI concepts including ASR, LLMs, and prompt engineering
• Comfort navigating modern software tools and workflows
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Methodical and detail-oriented approach to maintaining high standards of data accuracy
• Adaptability to changing priorities and workflows
