AI Agent Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Gram Gold seeks an operations manager to design, direct, and manage a Local AI Agent system that coordinates business operations, manages campaigns, analyzes data, and supports management decisions through AI agents and human contributors.

Responsibilities

• Manage TikTok and Snapchat campaigns from research and planning through creative direction, scripts, designs, videos, and ad copy to publication, monitoring performance and optimizing based on results.
• Coordinate work across e-commerce, marketing, content, and analysis teams by converting meetings and plans into clear decisions, tasks, owners, and deadlines while tracking execution status.
• Analyze KPIs, sales, customers, campaigns, competitors, and risks to identify improvement opportunities and convert findings into measurable recommendations and execution plans.
• Organize company files, reports, and meeting records into a searchable knowledge base and produce recurring executive reports connecting agent and team performance to business results.
• Design and configure AI agent prompts, tool use, permissions, guardrails, and human-approval points while reviewing outputs for accuracy and protecting company data.
• Assign work to the AI Agent Operator and supporting contributors, review execution quality, document failures, and drive improvements in accuracy, speed, cost efficiency, and ROI.
• Directly supervise the AI Agent Operator and handle higher-level workflow design, validation, and exception management.
• Escalate to a technical specialist when encountering security issues, sensitive API failures, or complex integration problems.

Requirements

• Advanced practical command of operating, directing, and managing Local AI Agents on real files and tools.
• Strong experience with Claude AI, ChatGPT, and AI-powered automation, design, and content tools.
• Experience in business coordination, data analysis, KPI interpretation, and recommendation development.
• Practical understanding of agentic workflows, tool calling, prompt engineering, permissions, and guardrails.
• Ability to lead a small team of people and agents, assign work, and monitor performance.
• Professional English proficiency sufficient for operating tools and reading technical documentation.
• TikTok and Snapchat campaign experience is a strong plus.
• Mandatory: Attach evidence of at least one real project demonstrating the problem addressed, agents or workflow used, tools and files involved, steps completed automatically, personal contribution, and a tangible verifiable result.
