Agent Engineer Intern

Job Summary

The Agent Engineer Intern collaborates with Operations, Engineering, and Product teams and interacts with clients to develop, deploy, and enhance AI agents addressing practical challenges. The role involves creating Proofs of Concept, delivering agent solutions, and ensuring optimal agent performance.

Responsibilities

• Create POCs for new client scenarios from initial scope to demo delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to capture their requirements and convert them into functional agent workflows on the platform.
• Manage the full delivery cycle of agent implementations, including schedules and results.
• Communicate progress and manage client expectations throughout projects.
• Evaluate voice calls and chat transcripts between AI agents and customers for accuracy, tone, compliance, and user experience.
• Assess conversations using the QA rubric, document findings, and highlight errors, hallucinations, missed cues, and compliance concerns.
• Detect recurring issues and suggest improvements for prompts and workflows.
• Provide feedback to the team to support agent training and product enhancements, and assist in refining the QA rubric and weekly quality reports.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate, university student needing co-op training, or final-semester student able to commit to the internship in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Interest in AI technologies with basic knowledge of software testing and QA concepts; familiarity with programming or testing tools is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in client interactions.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Motivated to learn in a fast-paced environment.
