Job Summary

This graduate rotational program offers a 2.5-year experience working across Client Business and Global Product Solutions teams at BlackRock. Participants will gain practical exposure to client relationship management, investment product development, and market insights on a global scale.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Client Business and Global Product Solutions teams to understand client needs and product offerings.
• Support client meetings by managing logistics, preparing materials, and building relationships.
• Conduct outreach campaigns such as organizing webinars for advisors.
• Analyze sales data to identify client trends and share insights with teams.
• Engage with industry peers through events and conferences to expand professional networks.
• Assist in product lifecycle management including idea development, regulation, launch, and sales strategy.
• Use tools like Aladdin to analyze portfolio performance and suggest improvements.
• Research market opportunities and draft product-related materials such as factsheets and briefings.
