Infrastructure Analyst

Job Summary

The Infrastructure Analyst role involves providing end-user computing support and operational administration within Citi’s enterprise technology environment. The position focuses on diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues, ensuring smooth batch processing and scheduled operations, and collaborating with global teams to support technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and fix technical problems using analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Support end-user laptops and desktops by resolving hardware, software, OS, peripheral, network, and application issues.
• Ensure data loads, batch jobs, and scheduled operations complete successfully.
• Engage in testing by creating, executing, and documenting test scripts and outcomes.
• Carry out project tasks contributing to technology delivery success.
• Participate in governance activities such as risk assessments, audits, business continuity exercises, self-assessments, and compliance reviews, suggesting improvements as needed.
• Assess issues based on procedures and experience, recommending and applying effective solutions.
• Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in Technology Infrastructure, End User Computing, or IT Support roles.
• Proven hands-on skills in supporting and troubleshooting laptops, desktops, operating systems, peripherals, standard software, and end-user technology issues.
• Ability to explain technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to work well under pressure, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with virtual and in-person global teams.
• Excellent English communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
