Senior Engineer

Job Summary

The Senior Engineer role supports the research, development, and implementation of speech-based AI solutions. It involves building, evaluating, and optimizing speech processing models and applications, aligned with Elm’s strategic goals and technology priorities.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support SAP environments and related services.
• Monitor SAP system availability, stability, and performance.
• Analyze and resolve SAP incidents, technical issues, and service requests.
• Coordinate SAP upgrades, patches, and migration activities with technical validation and testing.
• Develop and support SAP integrations and interfaces with other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with functional teams to align SAP capabilities with business requirements.
• Maintain system documentation, configurations, user roles, and authorization records.
• Comply with departmental policies, safety, quality, environmental, and information security standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in SAP systems, ERP support, system integration, or related technology areas.
• SAP professional certifications or relevant ERP certifications are considered an advantage.
