Manager Process

Job Summary

This role is responsible for reviewing, developing, and approving the overall design of treatment processes, ensuring alignment with technical and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review Employer’s Requirements, Technical Specifications, Contract documents, and Design Basis.
• Establish and review the Process Design Basis (PDB).
• Develop and review Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
• Perform calculations including mass balance, water balance, hydraulic profile, chemical balance, process, equipment sizing, tank sizing, pump sizing and duty, membrane system, chemical dosing, sludge generation, air requirement, and energy consumption.
• Define process design criteria for each treatment unit.
• Review process guarantees and performance requirements.
• Ensure process design complies with applicable standards and regulations.
