Product Operations Senior Specialist

Job Summary

The Product Operations Senior Specialist collaborates with product and engineering teams to ensure smooth product feature launches, manages vendor integrations, and supports operational processes to enhance business performance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams to verify product features are tested before launch.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders to handle business requests effectively.
• Participate in product discovery and OKR planning with product teams.
• Understand business KPIs to deliver value alongside Operations teams such as Logistics, Sales, and Service.
• Facilitate partner vendor integrations and support POS API integrations with Engineering and Vendor teams.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to guide decisions and optimize outcomes.
• Create dashboards and reports to provide insights on ongoing projects.
• Continuously improve operational processes and manage program budgets, including forecasting and expense control.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of operational experience in e-commerce or food/tech industries, with preferably 2 years in a senior role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to formulate hypotheses for solutions.
• Experience analyzing and validating API payloads, requests, and responses to support integrations.
• Proven experience in building operational processes and identifying improvements.
• Project management skills with understanding of prioritization and deadlines.
• Ability to build relationships, motivate peers, and manage upwards.
• Strong product sense to understand the ecosystem and collaborate with Product teams.
• Experience in data analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau and Looker Studio is advantageous.
