Senior ERP implementer

Job Summary

The Senior ERP Implementer leads the complete ERP solution implementation process, working remotely to align system configurations with business needs and ensuring effective deployment and support.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementations from requirements gathering through deployment and post-launch support.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business processes into ERP workflows.
• Configure ERP modules and ensure their integration and performance optimization.
• Develop implementation plans and manage project timelines.
• Coordinate with technical teams and support data migration and validation.
• Conduct user training and create documentation.
• Provide ongoing support after go-live and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to defining best practices, governance standards, and advise leadership on ERP decisions.

Requirements

• Experience leading full-cycle ERP implementations including analysis, configuration, testing, and support.
• Strong understanding of core business processes and their ERP module mapping.
• Ability to manage projects and coordinate stakeholders remotely.
• Skilled in documenting workflows, preparing user guides, and delivering training.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with major ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field; certifications in ERP or project management are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in distributed teams.
• Experience with change management and continuous improvement is beneficial.
