Availability and Sharing Data Lead Specialist

Job Summary

This role involves developing and implementing data availability and sharing policies and programs for the Authority, addressing complex issues, and supporting improvements in data management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute the Open Data and Data Sharing Program.
• Develop a roadmap for program implementation, including defining Authority requirements.
• Design and apply plans, procedures, and controls for open data definition and dissemination.
• Manage access controls and data access practices by establishing relevant procedures.
• Escalate complex problems to appropriate personnel to ensure proper resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Developing skills in Collaboration and Communication.
• Proficient in Customer Focus, Data Analytics, Database Design and Operations, IT Compliance, Professionalism, and Results Orientation.
• Advanced skills in Data Management Planning and Design, and Data Processing.
• Developing skills in Enablement of Change and Innovation.
