Client Solution Analyst

Job Summary

The Client Solution Analyst role in Amman, Jordan supports Marsh’s Total Remuneration Surveys across the Middle East by providing client service and operational support with a focus on data analysis and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main client contact, handling inquiries, demonstrating products, and resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain and develop client relationships through consistent follow-ups and support.
• Analyze client survey data, prepare for survey and spot poll releases, and detect remuneration trends and insights.
• Utilize technology and AI tools to enhance processes and workflows.
• Keep detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions for accountability.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and address root causes of issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
• 0-1 years of experience in data analytics or a similar analytical position.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data interpretation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills focused on relationship building and influencing stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of PowerBI.
• Interest in using AI tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
