iOS Developer

Job Summary

The iOS Developer will create components for a mobile app that allows users worldwide to send, spend, save, and receive money and Bitcoin securely. This role supports a remote work environment and involves working with a modern tech stack.

Responsibilities

• Develop parts of the mobile application enabling global financial transactions with money and Bitcoin.
• Contribute to building a UI Component Library primarily using UIKit.
• Implement reactive programming techniques using ReactiveSwift.
• Write unit tests, snapshot tests, and integration tests with Quick/Nimble.
• Collaborate in an agile team environment using tools like Jira.
• Participate in code sharing, pull requests, and code reviews using Git.
• Maintain clean, reusable, testable, and readable code following SOLID principles.
• Work effectively within a fully remote team setup.

Must haves

• At least 5 years of experience in iOS development using Swift.
• Experience with Git for code sharing, pull requests, and code reviews.
• Familiarity with agile workflows and Jira.
• Strong commitment to clean code emphasizing reusability, testability, and readability (SOLID).
• Experience with the specified tech stack including Swift 5.4, UIKit, ReactiveSwift, Quick/Nimble.
• Good English communication skills.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic to work remotely.
• Dedicated workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and appropriate devices.

Nice to haves

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as CircleCI and Fastlane.
• Knowledge of static code quality analytics.
• Experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• Familiarity with Kotlin multiplatform for Android and iOS.
• Open source contributions.
• Experience with SwiftUI.
