Job Summary
This role involves developing and supporting industrial data platforms, connected-device solutions, real-time data integrations, and edge computing environments, focusing on integrating operational technology with enterprise applications and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain solutions for industrial data collection and integration.
- Configure components such as PI Data Archive, PI Asset Framework, and PI Vision as needed.
- Create IoT device integrations, edge applications, and workflows for real-time data processing.
- Integrate sensors, gateways, industrial equipment, and cloud platforms.
- Implement data monitoring, visualization, troubleshooting, and optimize performance.
- Support connectivity of devices, system security, testing, and deployment activities.
Requirements
- 6–8 years experience as a PI Domain Consultant.
- 4–6 years experience as an Intermediate PI Developer.
- Experience with AVEVA/OSIsoft PI System, including PI Data Archive, PI AF, PI Vision, and PI Web API.
- Knowledge of Industrial Data Integration and Time-Series Data.
- Skills in Python, C, C++, Embedded Linux, MQTT, OPC UA, Modbus, IoT Gateways, Edge Computing, Cloud Integration, and Device Security.
- Senior and Intermediate IoT/Edge Engineer experience to be confirmed.
