AI RevOps Engineer

Job Summary

The AI RevOps Engineer at Insaan Global in Amman focuses on identifying and eliminating manual steps in sales, customer experience, quality, and back-office operations by building AI-powered automation systems that improve speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automations across CRM, phone systems, documents, and reporting tools.
• Integrate LLMs and AI agents into workflows like call summaries, lead qualification, follow-ups, and quality checks.
• Automate data movement between systems to reduce manual copying.
• Verify AI output accuracy and establish simple controls and rules.
• Quickly pilot new AI and operations tools, retaining effective ones and discarding others.
• Map workflows from initial call to file closure across departments.
• Identify bottlenecks and measure their impact on time, quality, and revenue.
• Maintain clean and reliable CRM data and create dashboards to track funnel, conversion rates, and team performance.
• Provide solutions to leadership when performance issues arise and document processes while training teams on new systems.

Must haves

• Strong spoken English at C1 or C2 level.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, RevOps, sales ops, business analysis, or process improvement.
• Solid understanding of business processes in sales, customer service, operations, or finance.
• Experience building at least one automation using tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, CRM workflows, or custom scripts.
• Hands-on experience applying LLMs or AI agents to real workflows beyond simple email writing.
• Experience managing reports or dashboards end to end and resolving data issues.
• Ability to explain technical decisions in simple business terms.
• Self-driven with a focus on efficiency and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• Availability to work US hours.

Nice to haves

• Knowledge of Python or JavaScript.
• CRM administration experience including fields, workflows, and permissions.
• Experience in BPO, call center, or US financial services environments.
