Pre-Sales & Technical Engineer – KSA

Job Summary

This role provides technical support for DAS & Elmech products, assists in pre-sales activities, and collaborates with sales and internal teams to ensure technical accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Offer technical assistance for DAS & Elmech products to customers, projects, and internal teams.
• Support pre-sales by working with Sales and System Integrators on proposals, technical solutions, and demonstrations including Proof of Concepts.
• Prepare and review technical documents such as BOQs, submittals, specifications, compliance, and installation guidelines.
• Coordinate with Sales teams on quotations ensuring technical requirements are met.
• Perform compliance checks aligned with project specifications, certifications, and regulations in cooperation with Technical Sales and Product Manager.
• Assist in tender processes including clarifications and submissions, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for sales teams, partners, and customers to improve product understanding.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, certifications, and product materials to support market positioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
• 2-5 years of experience in Access Control or Electromechanical products.
• Skills in negotiation, organization, and planning.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with fluency in spoken and written English.
