IT Project Manager – Customer Onboarding

Job Summary

This role involves managing multiple IT projects related to customer and supplier onboarding, overseeing the entire project lifecycle, and ensuring effective stakeholder communication and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously throughout their lifecycle with guidance from senior team members.
• Gather and review project requirements from all involved parties.
• Take full ownership of assigned projects from start to finish.
• Maintain a solid understanding of APG systems and technologies to support issue resolution and project completion.
• Lead stakeholder communication and keep them informed about project progress and delays.
• Ensure project documentation is clear, accurate, and easy to understand.
• Develop detailed development specifications and monitor their progress.
• Coordinate with project resources to use their time efficiently and meet project goals.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Management, or a related field.
• At least 18 months of hands-on project management experience delivering projects from initiation to completion.
• Good understanding of software development, web technologies, and requirements management.
• Strong skills in communication, organization, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Postman, Excel, and Outlook.
• Currently pursuing a project management certification like PRINCE2, Agile, or PMP.
• Proactive attitude with commitment to supporting team and business goals.
