Job Summary

The Co-Founder & CxO at A27 will lead the company from early traction to scaling by managing strategy, commercial growth, fundraising, and long-term vision to build a structured finance infrastructure business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement A27’s strategy, including structured finance infrastructure and real-world asset tokenization.
• Drive revenue growth by establishing the commercial engine, securing initial clients, and expanding recurring revenue.
• Lead enterprise sales targeting financial institutions, corporates, and capital markets participants, building trust with senior decision-makers.
• Manage fundraising efforts including the Seed round and maintain communication with the Sanabil Studio Investment Committee.
• Recruit and lead the founding team across commercial, product, and operations, collaborating closely with the CTO on product development.
• Establish relationships with regulators, banks, and ecosystem partners, engaging with capital markets authorities.
• Oversee pricing, packaging, and the evolution from a focused product to a multi-product platform.
• Define company culture and operational rhythms from the outset.

Requirements

• Experience building and scaling a business as a founder, early operator, or senior commercial leader, preferably in fintech, financial services, or enterprise SaaS.
• Knowledge of structured finance, private capital markets, or asset-backed finance with ability to engage senior financial decision-makers.
• Proven track record selling complex products to enterprises or financial institutions and managing long sales cycles.
• Leadership experience including hiring, developing, and managing team members.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market and decision-making processes in large corporations and financial institutions.
• Comfortable with responsibilities including revenue ownership, fundraising, and board-level relationships.
• Currently based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

• Experience in structured finance, private credit, debt capital markets, or tokenization of real-world assets.
• Network within Saudi corporates, banks, or regulatory ecosystem.
• Previous seed or pre-seed startup experience.
• Experience working inside a venture studio.
