Enterprise Resources Planning Specialist

Job Summary

The Enterprise Resources Planning Specialist will lead the full ERP implementation cycle for a coffee and beverage brand’s operations in Saudi Arabia, including retail branches and production. The role is based in Amman and involves managing the project from design through go-live and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire ERP implementation process as the main functional lead.
• Conduct requirements workshops with the client and design business processes within the system.
• Convert client requirements into clear specifications for the development team.
• Plan and oversee the phased rollout across multiple branches.
• Manage accounting setup including Saudi-specific requirements and VAT compliance.
• Oversee inventory and warehousing processes including stock transfers and batch tracking.
• Implement POS systems with offline capabilities and tax-compliant invoicing.
• Support manufacturing and production planning including BOM and cost tracking.
• Handle data migration, user training, and provide ongoing support post go-live.

Must haves

• Based in Amman, Jordan.
• At least 2 years of ERP experience with one full-cycle implementation completed.
• Experience implementing ERPNext (preferred) or Odoo.
• Knowledge of multi-branch POS and retail/F&B operations.
• Strong functional expertise in Accounting, Inventory, and Manufacturing modules.
• Experience with ZATCA e-invoicing compliance.
• Ability to lead implementation teams and manage client expectations.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Willingness to travel to Saudi Arabia as needed.

Nice to haves

• Experience with Saudi or GCC F&B or coffee chain implementations.
• Experience migrating from Odoo to ERPNext.
• Experience integrating delivery apps, payment gateways, or HR/payroll systems.
